How Long Does an Estimate Take?

Most estimates take 15-20 minutes. Hail damage estimates may require leaving your vehicle for a more thorough inspection. Please call ahead to schedule your FREE estimate.


When Do I Pay My Deductible?

Your deductible and any insurance payments made payable to you are due when you pick up your completed vehicle, unless other arrangements have been made.


What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash, and certified checks.


How Do I Arrange a Rental Vehicle?

Yes. Many modern vehicles require Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) calibrations after a collision. We'll determine whether your vehicle requires calibration to help restore its safety systems to manufacturer specifications.

Your insurance company may recommend a repair facility, but the choice is always yours.

You Only Need One Estimate

Louisiana law does not require you to obtain multiple estimates before selecting a collision repair shop.

Only You Can Authorize Repairs

No repairs will begin without your approval. We'll explain the repair plan and answer any questions before work starts.

Repair Costs May Change

Some collision damage isn't visible during the initial estimate. If hidden damage is discovered, we'll communicate with your insurance company and keep you informed every step of the way.

Payment Is Due Upon Completion

Payment is due when repairs are complete. If your insurance check requires a lienholder endorsement, we recommend obtaining it before picking up your vehicle to avoid delays.
